These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mail.vexanix.com and every service provided by Vexanix Technologies. By using our website or paying for a service you agree to these terms.
Our services
Vexanix Technologies provides website and app development, custom software, Telegram bots, managed hosting and payment services (Vexanix Pay). The exact scope, price and timeline of each project are set out in the quote or proposal we send you.
Quotes & payment
- Quotes are valid for 30 days and are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.
- Projects normally start after an advance payment; the remaining amount is paid by milestones.
- Invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work or services on overdue accounts.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Provide content, feedback and approvals on time; delays on your side may move the delivery date.
- Make sure the text, images and data you give us are legal and that you have the right to use them.
- Keep your account passwords secure and tell us immediately about any unauthorised access.
Ownership & intellectual property
- After full payment, you own the custom source code and design we create specifically for your project.
- We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and give you a licence to use them as part of your project.
- Third-party software (for example open-source packages, themes or plugins) remains under its own licence.
- We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Confidentiality
Both sides will keep each other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the project.
Warranty & support
We fix bugs reported within 30 days of launch free of charge, as long as they come from our work and not from later changes by others. Ongoing updates, new features and support after this period are available through a maintenance plan.
Hosting & acceptable use
Hosting and bot services may not be used for spam, malware, phishing, illegal content or anything that breaks the laws of Bangladesh. We may suspend services that put our systems or other clients at risk.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep our services reliable, but we cannot guarantee they will be free of every error or interruption. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the previous 3 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data.
Termination
Either side may end a project or subscription with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date, and we hand over everything delivered so far.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the courts of Dhaka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to new orders.
